SLIP HALTER KIMONO
Long dress with halter neckline and bare back.
Made in diagonal bias patchwork with panels extracted from the silk of 2 antique kimonos found in Kyoto and 1 vintage furoshiki scarf found in a Tokyo market.
- Acid pink kimono with Sensu motif, the Japanese fanandyespiston of prosperity because of the particular movement made when opening it, which is reminiscent of the moment when a flower blooms.
- Haroi kimono in toasted orange, the Haroi is a short traditional kimono, so two different Haroi have been used for the bias-cut dress.
- Vintage silk furoshiki scarf with geometric mountain print.
