Taxes and duties
 
If you are in the European Union, we include in your order the cost of value added tax (VAT) and duties. Shipments outside the EU, outside the European Union, are subject to import duties. Juan Vidal takes care of sending the package to the place of delivery through the Incoterm DDU ("duties and taxes unpaid"). That means that the person to whom the shipment is addressed is responsible for all costs associated with the importation of the products and will be responsible for the payment of the same.
 
REFUND POLICY
 
Our policy has a duration of 14 days. You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive the product.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)Several types of goods are exempt from return such as any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, as well as any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
